Goodwill Industries has a variety of services for businesses.
Services for Businesses
Goodwill can help your business find quality individuals to work for your organization. For each job candidate, Goodwill supplies your business with a list of their skills and abilities. This makes it easier to determine if this candidate is a right fit for your organization. Also, Goodwill always pre-screens each individual applying for a job. This way, you can be sure that each candidate is qualified for the position.
Goodwill also offers services to support employees at your business after they’ve been hired. Goodwill is constantly connecting them with resources in the community. We help them strengthen their skills and supply them with tools (sometimes literally) to be successful at their job. This includes things such as uniforms or work equipment. Outside of the office, this support can also include things such as childcare or transportation. This helps your employee become reliable and stable.

What I find here is love and purpose. Before the Clubhouse, I was ashamed of my diagnosis. Now, I understand that mental illness is what I have but it’s not who I am. The Clubhouse gives me a chance to be more than my disease.
